Well the sheilahs in our mob (and Jacko) have become even more tougher! Strewth as if Sarah really needed to be more of a tomboy, but at least she can defend herself against the bully's at school.
That's right Tania, Sarah and Jacko have joined the BURRIDGE MARTIAL ARTS ACADEMY, to be trained in the art of self-Defence.

They all have started with a white belt which is known as 'The Beginning', It is the colour of the winter's snow that covers the newborn seed.... ooohhhh!
So what are the little rats up to, well they learn basic movements, horse stance, punch, frount kick, side kick. Also sparring, defence methods like one step punce, wrist grab and long stance low block.
